Despite a stellar cast led by Jason Segel and Emily Blunt, The Five-Year Engagement only earned $59.3 million worldwide against a $30 million budget.
5 What If The 2014 romantic comedy What If follows Wallace and Chantry as they attempt to sort out what it would mean for their best friend to also be their true love. While the critically-acclaimed rom-com movie holds a 74% score on Rotten Tomatoes, the movie failed to land with audiences in theaters. What If had a budget of $11 million but only earned back $8.5 million worldwide, unfortunately making it a box office bomb.
