It’s 2023, and we’re hopping into the Year of the Rabbit! While you may have celebrated the dawn of the new year on the first day of January, Chinese New Year follows the lunar calendar — beginning on a new moon — so its date changes yearly, and can fall anywhere between January 21 and February 20. Chinese New Year 2023 begins on Sunday, January 22.
