A 10-year-old boy died Thursday after police say another juvenile mishandled a gun and accidentally shot the boy in the head.
AKRON, Ohio —
Miller said police are in the midst of determining who owned the gun, if they were legally allowed to possess it and if anyone will face criminal charges in the shooting. The shooting happened about 5 p.m. Thursday at a home on Dayton Place near Dayton Street in the city’s North Hill neighborhood.
