The $50-per-ticket game offers the best odds to become an instant millionaire with 160 $1 million prizes — 100 of those have been accounted for as of Nov. 30, according toRichard Braswell, 73, bought his winning ticket at the 4255 S. U.S. 1 Publix in St. Augustine and chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.
