The League was able to stop Faust’s plan, and he has been a sworn enemy of both the League and Earth’s magic community as a whole.
6 Starro The Justice League fought Starro in their first appearance. Resembling a giant starfish, Starro The Conqueror attaches itself to a person’s face, making them its slave. The League, and the rest of the DC Universe, has tangled with Starro on several occasions, and each time the alien takes the heroes down to the wire. Other writers, most notably Grant Morrison, have expanded upon Starro’s powers, showing his true, horrifying depths.
3 The Crime Syndicate By the early 1960s, DC had begun crafting its multiverse, and after two worlds of heroic characters, it decided to create an Earth populated by villains. First appearing in 1964’s Justice League of America #29, the Crime Syndicate was the de facto ruling body of Earth-3, a world with a twisted history and an even more twisted sense of morality.
