The affected flights were scheduled for Sept 15 and 16.
SINGAPORE - Eleven flights from Singapore to China were affected after all flights were cancelled at Shanghai’s two main airports due to Typhoon Bebinca.
Some of the affected departures from Singapore include China Eastern Airlines’ MU898 to Hangzhou, MU6018, MU568 and MU566 to Shanghai, Air China’s CA826 to Shanghai, Singapore Airlines’ SQ836 to Shanghai and Spring Airlines’ 9C8550 to Shanghai. Juneyao Airlines’ HO1606 to Shanghai was also retimed from 10.55pm to 7.20am on Sept 16.
It is understood that affected airlines have informed its passengers on alternative arrangements, a spokesperson from CAG said.
