Investigators say a 12-year-old shot and killed a man at a fast-food restaurant in Johnson County, south of Fort Worth.

A 12-year-old child is one of two people accused of murdering a man at a fast-food restaurant inThe Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said the shooting happened Saturday night at Sonic in Keene.

Police arrested the 12-year-old a few miles away in Rio Vista, along with 20-year-old Angel Gomez.The sheriff’s office said the victim was a Sonic employee who was fighting with Gomez when the shooting happened.
