Video shows multiple dolphins on the beach covered by wet wraps by first responders.
Overhead video fromlate Tuesday morning showed at least six dolphins covered in what appear to be wet wraps. All were moving.
Later, two of the three remaining dolphins on the beach were taken away in pickup trucks at about 1:40 p.m., according to an observer. Workers surround three of the dolphins that washed up on the beach in Sea Isle City on March 21, 2023.The pod consisted of eight common dolphins, the Marine Mammal Stranding Center said. The MMSC is being assisted at the 52nd Street beach by Sea Isle City police, fire and EMS workers, the stranding center said.
