Two Chicago firefighters suffered minor injuries Sunday evening while battling an extra-alarm fire in the city’s Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side, officials said.

Companies also starting rehab.The flames spread to an adjacent home, but fire crews were able to bring it under control and officially struck it out around 9:20 p.m.
No residents were reported injured, but two firefighters were taken to Stroger Hospital for minor injuries, fire officials said. They were both listed in good condition. The cause of the injuries were unclear.Fire crews remained on the scene Sunday evening checking for hot spots that could reignite.
