Plain Dealer file photoCLEVELAND, Ohio — A fixture of Cleveland’s skyline is now on the market with the owners of the 200 Public Square office tower are looking for a buyer.

The 45-story tower, often still called the BP Tower or Standard Oil Building by Clevelanders, is owned by DRA Advisors, a New-York based firmCBRE spokesman Justin Luera confirmed that the building is being listed, but did not disclose the building’s asking price. He said the building is currently 66% leased.

Property records do not show what the building sold for in 2018. The office tower holds more than 1.2 million square feet of space and includes a parking garage with about 750 spaces. At 658 feet, 200 Public Square is Ohio’s fourth tallest building, just a few below Cincinnati’s Great American Tower and below two other buildings on Public Square - the Key Tower and the Terminal Tower , according toIt was initially built in 1985 by the Standard Oil Co. as a headquarters, and later became the North American headquarters for BP after it bought Standard Oil. BP sold the building in 1996 when it relocated its headquarters.
