The decampees promised to ensure victory for the PDP in the upcoming 2023 general elections.
While receiving the APC decampees, the Delta State Commissioner for Science and Technology, Olorogun Adasen, thanked them for realising that “Arhavwarien has every reason to support Governor Okowa.” Receiving them alongside the community’s PDP Executives, the ward Secretary and Vice Chairman, Adasen assured them that they will be given every “support and treated equally in the scheme of things,” describing them as “brothers and sisters who have come to discover for themselves that the PDP is the only party in the area.”
She added that the “umbrella is wide enough to cover more decampees”, charging them to woo more APC members.
