Mall Road is closed and officials ask that residents avoid the area.
State police said that to anyone responding to the mall to locate someone, a reunification site has been set up at the north entrance by the ATOfficials said there are no public safety concerns at the mall or in the surrounding area.
"We heard like seven or eight shots, 'Bam! Bam! Bam!'" recalled Jim Harmon, a gunshot victim. "Everybody started running." Chopper 6 overhead showed the extensive police presence surrounding the scene. The focus remains on the food court.
