SINGAPORE – Three people were taken to Raffles Hospital after an accident involving nine cars on the East Coast Parkway on Oct 3.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force said at about 5.20pm that it was alerted to the accident on the expressway towards Changi Airport, after the Fort Road exit.A 67-year-old male taxi driver, a 76-year-old taxi passenger and a 34-year-old woman, who was driving one of the cars involved in the accident, were conscious when taken to the hospital, police said.The Land Transport Authority said in a post on X at about 5.
