Okay, we know a lot of crazy s--- goes down in Netflix's, but one of the best revelations that came from the docuseries is that the flashy Joe Exotic is an aspiring country star.
America's favorite imprisoned tiger handler has actually released two whole albums that were available for purchase at his gift shop. However, thereports that it is not, in fact, Joe Exotic's voice on these songs, but that he won't admit that he actually commissioned a singer and songwriter to make them.
Whether or not it's his voice, Exotic's discography has given us instant classics like"I Saw a Tiger" and"Here Kitty, Kitty." Since the docuseries has been a collective obsession during this time of social distancing, many musicians have taken a shot at covering some of Exotic's timeless hits.This metal cover opens with a fitting tiger growl, before launching into a heavy beat and passionate belt of the eerie lyrics.
"I'm pretty sure it is the No. 1 song in the country right now--at least it is around here," the group's frontman jokingly admitted during their livestream, before diving into a full-band cover of the song.This country singer really captures the slightly sinister undertone of the tune with his rich vocals and acoustic guitar.
