SINGAPORE — Four teenagers, aged between 17 and 19, have been arrested for the alleged theft ofg a motorcycle at a car park in Pasir Ris Central last Sunday (Oct 22).
SINGAPORE — Four teenagers, aged between 17 and 19, have been arrested for the alleged theft of a motorcycle at a car park in Pasir Ris Central last Sunday .
In a media statement on Wednesday, the police said that they received a report from the alleged victim at about 8.40am on Sunday. “Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of images from police cameras and closed-circuit television footage, officers from Bedok Police Division established the identity of the four teenagers and arrested them on Oct 24,” the police said.
Initial investigations indicated that the teenagers were allegedly involved in another case of motorcycle theft.Three of the four teenagers will be charged in court on Thursday with theft of a motor vehicle, which carries a jail term of up to seven years and a fine.
