UPDATE: Police have confirmed the suspect in the Raleigh shooting has been taken into custody.
Five people are dead, including one police officer, and four people are seriously injured as police searched for an active shooter in Raleigh described by witnesses as a white male teenager dressed in camouflage.
Raleigh City Council member Corey Branch, who represents the neighborhood, confirmed to The Daily Beast that two officers were shot and one was killed.
