SINGAPORE: Singapore reported 54 new COVID-19 infections as of noon on Sunday , including eight cases in the community.

Of the 240 people, 224 have been swabbed so far. Their results are pending. MOH said it is facilitating testing for the remaining individuals. "These individuals had participated in family gatherings, and investigations are ongoing to see if there were any breaches of safe distancing rules," said MOH.

The remaining community case is a 37-year-old Indian national who is unlinked to other cases. The man is asymptomatic and was confirmed as a case on Saturday.
