65 Isabela farmers sent to South Korea for internship program

Sixty-five Isabela farmers were sent to South Korea for a five-month internship program that will hopefully enhance their knowledge, skills and experience in adopting modern agricultural technologies.

ISABELA –

These farmers will build agro-investment links and strengthen agricultural economies between the province of Isabela and counties in South Korea. Thirty-seven of them left Ninoy Aquino International Airport on May 17, 2022 via Asiana Airlines while 28 will depart at Clark International Airport on May 18, 2022 via Jin-Air.Through this, they can enhance their knowledge, skills and experience in adopting modern agricultural technologies from cultivation to harvest of agricultural produce including fruit trees and facility-grown vegetables.
