JACKSONVILLE, Fla.
– All northbound lanes of New Kings Road reopened after they were closed Monday due to a homicide investigation, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. JSO said an 82-year-old woman was found stabbed to death inside a home on New Kings Road. At the same time, a 34-year-old suspect was arrested after he stood on a Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department unit “cutting himself.” He was taken to hospital and is in serious but stable condition.
