"I just knew that I had reflux and like all of these things that were making it difficult for me to eat and didn't realize that there were all of these traumas from my childhood that I needed to work through in therapy. It's insane," Jordan said on"The Drew Barrymore Show," adding that now that he's"through that desert," he's"so much stronger."While Zayn Malik was in One Direction, he admits he struggled with an eating disorder.
"I was suffering from an eating disorder. It wasn't as though I had any concerns about my weight or anything like that. I'd just go for days - sometimes two or three days straight - without eating anything at all. It got quite serious, although at the time I didn't recognize it for what it was," Zayn wrote in his autobiography."I think it was about control.
