Most of the priciest houses to sell in metro Phoenix last week were in Paradise Valley. The CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona was one of the sellers. A Delaware LLC called Kober CG bought an 8,522-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The home has two offices, a home theater, oversized limestone columns and a limestone fireplace. Pam and William Kehaly sold the house. Pam is CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona.
James Bowen paid cash for a 9,642-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion. The modern farmhouse-style home with five bedrooms and 6 ½ bathrooms is situated on 1.7 acres and has a guest house. It also has an oversized pool, a 10-inch-thick wood front door, an oversized office and floor-to-ceiling fireplaces. JLM Red 1 LLC was the seller.Christopher and Mary Jernigan bought a 3,629-square-foot Paradise Valley house that has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Encanta Homes sold it.
