While you have the strength and focus, line up your medications and array your tissues. Then do this: Buy bendable straws. To make it easier to down multiple glasses of water next to my bed, I used recycled straws. They not only save you the energy of having to pick up a heavy-seeming glass, they also make it less likely that you'll spill the contents if you're shaky or weak. I would buy the multi-colored striped or neon ones because they made me think of a happy six-year-old's birthday party.Wash your hair.
