It’s absolutely a wake-up call.
Is it realistic that a larger company or a luxury brand could adopt the same methods you’re using, like regenerative farming? It seems like regenerative farming is something of a new discovery for our industry—I don’t recall hearing all that much about it until recently. I think there is a new luxury [coming up] of people wanting to buy something because of where it came from. The information is the luxury.
I want the company to remain small, and I want to go to the fittings and work with those women—that’s the great privilege of making clothes.
