In a report from Shin Min Daily News, the cyclist, known as Zhou, 33, shared that he was cycling behind a car along Irrawaddy Road in Balestier."To ensure safety, I rode on the left side," he recalled.
Hanwei later shared with Shin Min that he was driving home when"a bicycle suddenly hit the left side of car". " said that there is no zebra crossing on the road, so he's not obliged to give the right of way. But I feel that it's still his responsibility to bear," said Zhou.
