The suspect, identified as 64-year-old Paul Patrick Samson, was seen by the child’s mother as he was enticing the young girl to leave with him. After the mother grabbed her daughter away from Samson, he left in his vehicle and the mother called 911.
A mother spotted a man attempting to lure her daughter into leaving with him and pulled the child away just as the would-be kidnapper got his hands on the child, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office.
