In Zenless Zone Zero, these playable characters are called Agents and we can expect to see 15 of them at launch.
If you’re familiar with HoYo’s other F2P gacha games like Honkai and Genshin, this is simply the difference between 4-star characters and 5-star characters.and Zhu Yuan will be the first two limited S-Rank characters added to ZZZ. The first banner will be Ellen Joe, starting on July 4 2024. Zhu Yuan will then have her banner during the second phase, which has been confirmed to be on July 27. These two characters will be featured in version 1.0, with no word on the upcoming 1.1 banners yet.
