Lilianna Acosta was described as a 3-foot, 2-inch tall Latino girl weighing 50 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Elias Acosta was described as a 2-foot, 8-inch tall Latino boy weighing 30 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
The suspect was described as 5-foot, 8-inch tall Latino man weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Acosta-Ortega was last seen wearing a long-sleeved black shirt and black pants and driving a silver BMW 335i with California license plate numbers 9AQR805. The CHP urged anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts to call 911 or the Riverside Police Department 951-955-2400.
