It's been six years since major changes to the iPhone lineup. At some point, the company risks alienating customers.

The iPhone lineup announced this week was no different. Apple introduced four new models with similar pricing to last year, along with minor enhancements, such as the USB-C power connector. The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus start at $799 and $899, respectively, and include the A16 Bionic chip from last year’s Pro models along with a slightly better camera.
Investors were hoping Apple might have increased iPhone prices across the board. But, if large improvements are no longer possible, the company should actually consider cutting the price.
