An early consequence of MLB’s slew of rules changes seems to be that older players are having a harder time adjusting to them.

The Jets were rightly interested in taking a chance on Odell Beckham Jr., at least until the former Giants star received a sizable one-year deal from the Ravens on Sunday night.the $15 million guarantee that Baltimore gave Beckham, with a chance for a few million more with incentives.Though Odell Beckham Jr. has spent more time in NBA arenas than on an NFL field in the past year, the Ravens agreed to pay him $15 million to hopefully placate Lamar Jackson this fall.
