An argument between a bus captain and wheelchair user held up Tower Transit bus service 858 stopped at a Gambas Avenue bus stop, forcing passenger to seek other transport options.In the videos, the man in the wheelchair appeared to have tried to board the via the rear door even though the wheelchair ramp had not been deployed.The bus captain said in Mandarin that the man was wasting everybody's time, but the man insisted he was not leaving and challenged the bus captain to call the police.
The Stomper pointed out that the wheelchair bay on the bus was occupied by an open stroller, which didn't leave room for the wheelchair.
