Monti Ossenfort was introduced at the Arizona Cardinals general manager on Tuesday.and leaving the team for health purposes, the Arizona Cardinals owner said he planned to meet with various key players to discuss what was holding the franchise back.Monti Ossenfort, whom Bidwillon Tuesday, talked about it in his opening remarks at the club’s Tempe training facility.
The “ego” part, Bidwill said, perfectly correlated to what he heard from the leaders in the locker room. Injuries played a factor in the Cardinals’ 4-13 record this past season, but a lack of accountability in various phases and corners of the team was just as devastating to the organization.
