Video making its rounds on social media shows a California street vendor being attacked by a nearby business owner with a bat. Police have made an arrest in the case.

San Jose police arrested 43-year-old Kintex Ho and charged him with assault with a deadly weapon and carjacking.When Sanchez refused to move, Ho allegedly hit Sanchez's vehicle and him. Sanchez refused medical treatment at the scene. "So far, the auto parts shop where Ho works has not condemned the attack. Instead, Intex Auto Parts posted an apparent customer comment on their Facebook page, saying in part: ‘Awesome people … keep running the street roaches, I mean vendors off the streets,’" FOX 2 states.
Carlos Sanchez, the second street vendor to be attacked in San Jose in a week, spoke out about the assault.The incident marked the second time a street vendor was attacked in San Jose in a week, according to FOX 2.
