A trans-global exploration of water in its most extreme manifestations,is Kassakovksy's ode to what the director describes in press materials about the film as"an unbelievable creature," its many colors, shapes and sounds, as well as its destructive power. It is essential for life, and yet, as the director says,"it can kill a human being easily.
