Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Eli Apple has a bone to pick with New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones, who he said had a 'dirty play' on him in the 22-18 win Sunday.
cornerback Eli Apple has never been one to shy away from speaking his mind, and he did so after New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones had a play on him he said was"dirty.", saying that Jones intentionally dove at his legs away from a play where Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt was running back what he believed to be a fumble from Jones for a touchdown.
The play was eventually blown dead, resulting in no turnover by the Patriots. But it was a play from Jones that honestly Apple expected.
