Track appears as B-side of band’s “Vampire Empire” 7″ single, out October 20
shared the studio rendition of their live favorite, “Born for Loving You,” ahead of next month’s release of a 7″ single boasting the track as the B-side to the band’s other 2023 single, “Like “Vampire Empire,” the rollicking “Born for Loving You” has been a live staple on Big Thief’s tour in support of their latest album, , with Adrianne Lenker and company performing the track nearly 30 times since debuting it onstage back in February.
“Cause I was born for lovin’ you / Just somethin’ I was made to do,” Lenker sings on the chorus. “Doesn’t matter what dreams come true / I was born for loving you.”
