In the featured photo, the “Kardashians” stars smiled at the camera as Khloé wrapped her arms around her older sister’s waist while lying on a cozy lounge chair. However, in a second photo, things suddenly took a turn when Khloé, 38, seemingly wrestled with the Skims founder and playfully lifted Kim’s leg in the air.
