"There is no particular practice as such — I don't think we've got a very good process of practices as such," he said. Mr Wong denied the money was really raised from the VIP table he personally sold to billionaire property developer Huang Xiangmo, but said he did pass the money onto Mr Huang.Mr Wong said Mr Huang had offered to drop the money into Labor headquarters in Sussex Street, because he was on his way to visit then party secretary Jamie Clements.
