Based on the op-ed he authored that the student newspaper published in January 2019, those details seem to exist, Brann stated. Brann pointed out Henderson’s racial discrimination claim was filed incorrectly under the section of the law for non-state actors. He acknowledges during his tenure at Penn State he has been vocal about comments and actions by senior faculty members and administrators he claims reflect systemic and institutional biases.
