Jordan Romano and Dillon Tate were non-tendered.

Toronto Blue Jays have tendered contracts to relievers Zach Pop and Erik Swanson, according to Sportsnet’s Ben Nicholson-Smith. The Blue Jays announced that Erik Swanson re-signed for $3 million.
