Police are investigating after golfers found the body of a man at the Tenison Park Golf Course in Old East Dallas Sunday afternoon.

About 2:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the golf course, located in the 3500 block of Samuell Boulevard, where someone reported they had found a body of a man. Police have not released the deceased’s name.Police said they are investigating the “unexplained death.” No further details were available Sunday evening.Talmadge Hicks said he two of his friends were playing the Tenison Glen course when they found the man’s body.
