Michael Roarty-Nugent may be facing additional charges, Suts added, and will make his initial court appearance via video arraignment at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Bedford Municipal Court, Suts said.After a thorough investigation, the body was positively identified as Lightfoot, he said. Police have not said where exactly her body was located in the neighborhood.. They told police they couldn’t get in contact with her.
