The incident has been reported to the Singapore Food Agency , according to Jo Chong, the person who uploaded the video.BreadTalk responded to the Facebook post, apologising for the incident and saying that it is "completely unacceptable". The cleaner, who is an employee of an external cleaning company engaged by BreadTalk, has reportedly been dismissed, said the bakery chain, reported The Straits Times. "What was captured does not reflect BreadTalk's standard procedures on our strict food safety and hygiene standards, and we take this matter very seriously," they said.
