Both Briana and Ryan Culberson have lost a ton of weight on the keto diet. Briana, daughter of The Real Housewives of Orange County's Vicki Gunvalson, and her husband are all about sharing their experience on Instagram. In July, they shared that they had lost a combined total of 107 pounds by doing keto.
But it sparked some questions from their followers about if the keto diet is a truly legit way to lose weight. And Ryan responded,"We believe that if you're hungry on keto, you're doing it wrong. We don't weigh our meals or count calories—just focused on eating the proper things."Another fan had a question about how they got started on keto, asking"Have bought two books to try and understand what to eat I don't get it can you recommend a KETO for dummies or you could write one.
