An American woman took to TikTok to issue a plea to the Brits for them to start rinsing their dishes after washing them up, as she fears they are 'leaving a lot of soap on their dishes'
An American TikToker was left baffled by the way Brits wash dishes after diving into a "strange rabbit hole" of related videos on the platform.
"I truly hope I didn't see what I think I saw," @spiritual_af admitted, seeking clarification. In response, a confused Brit joined the conversation, saying: "I'm from the UK, can an American give an explanation?" In an attempt to clarify, a Brit responded: "I'm from the UK. I think the people who don't wash the suds off are the ones who dry the items with a tea towel after before putting them away."
