South Florida trailed 21-10 after Camryn Edwards scored on a 33-yard run for UConn with 12:48 left in the game. Brown answered with a 6-yard touchdown run to cap a nine-play, 75-yard drive to pull the Bulls within four points. Wright added a 4-yard scoring run at the end of a nine-play, 90-yard drive to give USF the lead with 4:02 remaining.Milroe, No. 11 Alabama stage huge second-half rally, top No. 17 Tennessee 34-20Ta’Quan Roberson scored on a 24-yard run 56 seconds into the second quarter to pull the Huskies even.
Brown completed 27 of 39 passes for 206 yards with an interception for the Bulls. Wright totaled 186 yards on 26 carries. Roberson had 175 yards on 19-of-34 passing with an interception for the independent Huskies. Edwards finished with 149 yards on 22 carries.
