Raîche is now one step away from becoming an NFL GM, but her first year on the job in Cleveland was about more than just continuing to build toward reaching one of the highest levels of her profession.
INDIANAPOLIS -- Catherine Raîche, Browns assistant GM and vice president of football operations, is always trying to find balance. It’s not always easy, as evidenced by how she couldn’t stay away from work during her maternity leave last season.
“ Andrew almost kicked me out of one of our threads to make sure I take some time,” Raîche said, speaking to the media at the NFL combine on Wednesday.
