More flooding is expected in Oklahoma and Arkansas in coming days as the Arkansas River has risen to record levels in some areas

The powerful EF3 tornado struck Saturday night, killing two people and injuring 29 others in the city of El Reno, according to officials. It wrecked a trailer park, a hotel and other businesses in the city.
