"The town council would also like to reiterate that the safety of our residents remains as our topmost priority," said the spokesperson. "Most importantly, we would like to appeal to all residents for their mutual help, in maintaining a clear and safe pathway at the common areas. Clear passageways and communal paths are essential and critical routes especially in times of emergencies."
