New and exclusive German-inspired bakes will add to the bakery’s existing range.
it is slated to open in early 2025 and will house the second outlet of the popular Burnt Ends Bakery.
New savoury items are the quintessential pretzel, currywurst and veal schnitzel slider. Sweet treats include crunchy Bavarian beer-battered waffles topped with honey, and the bakery’s famed doughnuts in new flavours – apple strudel, as well as black forest. The latter is topped with cherries, kirsch, dark chocolate and vanilla bean chantilly.
Its espresso-based drinks menu will offer the bakery’s signature house blend of beans from Brazil, Peru and Colombia, as well as single-origin beans introduced on a quarterly basis, says its head barista Crisanne Phua, 26.
