After dragging mornings for roughly a month, customers of the Brooklyn Dunkin’ are falling back in line -- the drive-thru line.

The popular coffee, donuts and breakfast destination location reopened last weekend after completing an extensive renovation and drive-thru expansion.

“We have the new Dunkin image in the store. Before it was Dunkin’ Donuts and they’ve gone to Dunkin’. We have the tap system and nice new updated colors, a new clean store on the inside. We’re excited to be back open.” “It gives a better product and an experience between our employees and customers because we can see each other,” she said.

The chain reports the use of LED lighting, high-efficiency mechanical equipment and low-flow faucets on average are 33 percent more energy efficient compared to conventional Dunkin’ restaurants. The big changes outside are the relocated drive-thru and digital menu board.“The stack is where we take the order to our window,” she said. “Before we could hold three cars.
